Delivery & Returns
UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping (2-5 days) on all of our orders.
In addition, we offer Express (24 Hour tracked) UK shipping for an additional cost of £4.99 for orders placed before 1pm, Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed before 1pm on Friday with Express shipping will arrive on Saturday.
International Shipping
We offer free tracked Shipping on all US orders. At present we do not currently offer any other international shipping options outside of the UK and US. Please join our mailing list to be notified when we are able to offer international shipping.
Please note that we are unable to ship to the following states: Hawaii, Alaska, Idaho and Puerto Rico.
Delivery is expected between 10-14 days but could vary depending on customs clearance and other formalities, which are beyond the control of the courier services.
Returns Policy
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. Exceptions include defective or damaged products. Please contact us at support@cellular-goods.com or use the “chat with us” feature if this is the case.
