UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 days) on all of our orders.

In addition, we offer Express (24 Hour tracked) UK shipping for an additional cost of £4.99 for orders placed before 1pm, Monday - Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed before 1pm on Friday with Express shipping will arrive on Saturday.

International Shipping

US Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders. Currently, we are unable to ship to the following states: Hawaii, Alaska, Idaho and Puerto Rico.

Delivery is expected between 10-14 business days but could vary depending on customs clearance and other formalities, which are beyond the control of the courier services.

EU Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping to all EU countires.

Delivery is expected between 10-14 business days but could vary depending on customs clearance and other formalities, which are beyond the control of the courier services.

For orders with a total product value exceeding €150 EUR, customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. It's important to note that these fees are not included in the purchase price of the product or the shipping cost.

To facilitate customs clearance, we will provide accurate product information and values on the customs declaration forms for all orders shipped to the EU. Please make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information to prevent any delays in delivery.

In the event that a customer refuses to pay the imposed duties and taxes, resulting in the order being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and additional fees incurred. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected, minus any applicable return shipping and handling fees.

Returns Policy

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. Exceptions include defective or damaged products. Please contact us at support@cellular-goods.com or use the “chat with us” feature if this is the case.
