Darcy has over 20 years of senior experience building companies and brands in Asia, Europe and North America. He has a proven track record in C-suite and senior leadership roles at IMG Canada (now Endeavor LLC), Logic Technologies Inc, JT International S.A. and MASEV Communications Inc. His experience spans corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial environments.
Bruna Nikolla
Chief Financial Officer
Bruna brings to Cellular Goods more than 15 years of experience across multiple sectors, including eCommerce and luxury retail.
She previously served as Finance Director of TV presenter Trinny Woodall’s beauty brand Trinny London during a record period of growth.
Prior to that, Bruna was a Finance Director at Tom Davies, a luxury British eyewear company, with five retail stores in central London, running a wholesale international sales channel and in-house manufacturing.
Other previous significant roles include the head of Finance and Operations for CACI UK with revenues over £110 million, a subsidiary of CACI Inc (NYSE), with annual revenues over $4 billion.
Gill Whitty-Collins

Ms Whitty-Collins is a world-class leader in business, brand-building, equality and diversity with more than 25 years’ senior leadership experience at Procter & Gamble (“P&G”), where she led global brands such as Olay, Always and Pantene, latterly as Senior Vice President for the Beauty Care business for Europe, India, Middle East & Africa. She is also the author of ‘WHY MEN WIN AT WORK...and how we can make inequality history’ with extensive experience and knowledge of the gender inequality issue and how to address it.
Misha Sher

Mr Sher is a senior marketing executive with over two decades of experience working with leading brands, rights holders and talent. Mr Sher spearheaded the growth of an award-winning sports, entertainment and culture business unit at MediaCom, one of the world’s largest media and communications agencies. He has worked with some of the world’s largest brands including eBay, Uber, Coca-Cola, P&G, American Airlines, Apple and Toyota on investment in leading cultural properties. He currently serves as NED at the European Sponsorship Association.
Matthew Lodge

Matthew Lodge is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a career spanning more than 25 years. He is the founder of King Tide Carbon, a biosynthetic algae and seaweed carbon sequestration-as-a-service company. The company has a clear mission to deliver sustainable, scalable, and high-quality carbon removal credits that ensure a reliable supply to support global and national commitments to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Matthew's experience working in Southeast Asia for over 15 years has given him a deep understanding of the region's unique business environment and cultural nuances. He leverages this expertise to provide strategic advice to businesses looking to expand into the region.
Apart from his role as the founder of King Tide Carbon, Matthew has also mentored and advised several early-stage companies. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events, sharing his insights and expertise on Southeast Asia's business landscape.
